ordered 2 pieces of stove glass 1 x 12mm rope kit and 1 x 6mm rope kit .. the glass and 12 mm rope kit arrived ..(no gloves) and the 6mm rope kit was missing. However, after letting the company know they then sent on the 6mm rope kit the next day ( no gloves) ..

Arrived quickly and well packaged, just what I needed. I wonder have you considered adding a strip of rope tape to complete the kit?
