The glass for our unusual antique stove fitted perfectly, and they were very quick and easy to deal with. We are delighted with the service and the replacement glass. Recommended.

Measure twice, cut once, then measure again.

I have to throw my hands up on this one, I carefully measured the size of the replacement glass I needed and dutifully entered the required figures into the online system but sadly my typing skills were not up to my measuring skills and I ordered the wrong size of glass.

My order arrived very fast but upon opening it the horror struck that the glass was the wrong size, it was much too small. A quick check revealed that I had inadvertently ordered the wrong size so I telephoned SGR and spoke to Matt, I explained my predicament and he offered to send me out the correct glass with a 10% discount so happy days all around.
