Needed to replace the glass in my stove (yet again) so sent previous order and asked for repeat. Small IT problem but price was competitive (discount offered on repeat order of several years ago applied) and service excellent.
New stove glass, rope seals and fire cement all received as advertised. Great quality and thoroughly recommend buying your stove spare from them.
The glass was perfect but after one night I came through in the morning and heard a crack and it was broken..the stove was cold and I don’t know why this happened..

Paid extra for special delivery, still took 4 day to arrive. On arrival size incorrect. They arranged for next day delivery to pick up incorrect glass but took 5 days for replacement to arrive. Not a reputable company in my eyes.

To clarify the timeline, your order was placed after our same-day dispatch cut-off on Tuesday 8 September, and the original glass was delivered on Friday 11 September, which was within the stated timeframe for the express delivery service. As the overall delivery was subsequently affected by the incorrect glass being supplied, we refunded the difference paid for express delivery.
Unfortunately, the glass supplied was not the correct size, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused. A replacement was prepared for dispatch as soon as the issue was reported.
We also investigated the cause of the incorrect glass being sent and have since put measures in place to prevent the same issue from happening again.
We appreciate that receiving incorrectly sized glass and having to wait for a replacement was frustrating, and we’re sorry that this affected your overall experience with us.
well as you can see by the title, the first glass panel we got was damaged in transit but after informing stove glass replacement and providing them with a picture of the damged panel, they sent another one out, this time packed in way I couldn't see how it could ever get damaged, just a big thick slab of bubble wrap on both sides of the plane flanked by two boards of plywood, it was perfect to the point I hope they start shipping them all out like that.
