Your delivered company took it to wrong address it was only a neighbour who checked a holiday home to see who the parcel belonged too, it had been outside for few days! And I didnt get any notification to say the parcel been delivered either.

Thank you again for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear about the delivery issue and that your parcel was left at a neighbouring property for a few days.

As we discussed on the phone this morning, DPD’s system shows that the pre-delivery notifications were sent, but we’re following up with them to understand why these either weren’t sent correctly or weren’t received. We’ve also raised the misdelivery with them to help ensure this doesn’t happen again.
