WHAT IS GOING ON

Hi Howard,

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. To clarify, your order was placed on Thursday evening after our 2pm dispatch cut-off, so it was sent out Friday on a 1–2 day service. With the Bank Holiday on Monday, your delivery is scheduled this week and DX have confirmed they attempted delivery yesterday, with another attempt today.
