Getting your stove back up and running matters, especially in winter. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Over 99% of our orders go by post, securely packed to protect your glass in transit.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times count from the day of dispatch.

Damaged in transit

If your glass arrives damaged, leave it in its packaging and email clear photos of the glass in its packaging to info@stoveglassreplacement.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt. Include your order number and we’ll arrange a replacement. See our Returns policy for details.
