I ordered a replacement glass that arrived well packed and perfect for the job. To cover for future 'accidents' I ordered a spare the very next day and received a call from a very polite and helpful lady querying whether this was a genuine order or a mistaken re-order.
After clarifying that I did indeed require another it arrive within a day.
Very few businesses take the time and effort to follow up with customers and I applaud the efficiency of service I received.

After using a cheap door rope seal to replace the original, we could see straight away that it wasn't working as it should, eg. burning the coal and logs way too fast and slight smell of smoke in the house.
I googled the make of my multi fuel system and stove glass replacement came up. I ordered immediately and I'm so pleased I did . What a massive difference using the correct rope! Our Portway Arundel XL MK2 is back to working perfectly. Really quick delivery too!
