Deborah Hipkins
Stove Rear brick replacement

Sadly, the item did not fit and needed to be cut to size. The measurements listed online were as required but this is not what was delivered. It would be worth checking the measurements before you attempt to fit the replacement

Thank you for your feedback Deborah. We’re sorry to hear that the replacement brick did not fit as expected.

We always aim to supply the correct size shown in our listings and would not expect customers to have to modify an item that has been ordered to match their requirements. We carefully check the products we send, and while occasional issues can occur, we are always happy to investigate and resolve any concerns if contacted directly.

We would have appreciated the opportunity to look into this for you and ensure the correct product was supplied. Please feel free to contact us should you need any assistance in the future.
