Thank you so much for your help, as you may be aware from my previous review the glass arrived promptly and is now fitted into my stove and working perfectly. The glass was cut to exact size and so simple to fit. I did have an issue with some rope that I ordered at the same time, but after excellent customer care from Matt and his explanation that this gets sent separately the rope arrived. It did take an extra 3 days but that is not your fault so have blamed that on the postal service!!! A great service and will be using again (if needed :-))
