Our store is open from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with visits available by appointment. Excellent customer service, I ordered incorrect glass for fire. Received great customer service from Matthew and glass sent back and correct glass sent back.

Great service Found you on the internet replacement glass a lot cheaper than others. One quick phone call re tape for between the 2 panes of glass very helpful guy helped me out. Placed order paid for first class post, received the next day. Fitted all ok after 2 lightings! Certainly use you again. Many thanks
Hi, I think that I have had a replacement t glass off u before for my wood burner stove it is Aarrow Ecoburn 5. Measurements are 240×200×4mm. Can u still do it. And also do u do the clips for it. Thanks.
